Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. It sounds like you're going through a difficult phase and I appreciate you for reaching out with your concern, it takes courage. Firstly, anger is a normal emotion like happiness, sadness and everybody experiences it. But the way it gets manifested differs for every individual. Every emotion should be expressed in an appropriate/healthy manner at the right moment in right amount. When one doesn't express anger or any other emotion, it builds up within and explodes when it reaches the saturation point. Your anger issues could be because of many reasons like stress, anxiety, depression, and the underlying factors for these reasons could be any life challenging situation of which only you would be aware of.
Yes, anger issues can be managed when you know the trigger signs for it. When you know the triggers consciously you might get prepared for it and would try to react in a different way. From now on try to analyze what exactly is triggering, why it is affecting you and in what different ways you could react for these triggers in every situation possible. You can do this by writing your thoughts down when you feel angry, exactly as is. Writing makes you vent out the anger and also reflect on what you're undergoing currently. If you think you're unable to manage it even after identifying the triggers, you can seek therapy where your thoughts/situations related to anger will be identified and modified and also you would be provided with a safe space to vent your anger, also learn healthy ways to express it.
