I am 33 yrs old mother of 3 and my daughter is 8 month old after that I am having problem of amlical hernia due to two pregnancy in one ur I am also having pain at on certain point at lower spinal I a stay somewhere still it. Is hard for me to stand up I am also facing problem of having pain in my knees
