Am over weight wish to reduce but I cant

Due to c section I cannot do exercise.. Need to reduce 20 kg at least.. Is there any simple exercise which does not affect c section..i undergone lot of videos through you tube.. But nothing worked out

You can do yoga or walking daily two times. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods fatty food's processed foods. Drink water 16glasses daily. Take Flaxseeds one teaspoon with water daily. Include in your diet high fibre diet.

Hi How long it been to ur c section? For weight loss it's always the combination of 70% diet and 30% activity. If u put entire body on 1 thing result would be slow,so try to have the combination of both. Also,Don't do any exercise without the expert advice as they may have harmful  effect on you body and may lead to some issues.
