According to your problem, I would like to suggest you the alternatives of milk are curd, buttermilk, other fermented products like dosa. For
calcium intake you can consume leafy vegetables like drumstick, other vegetables which are high in calcium content, pulses, legumes are also gud source of calcium also. So if milk doesn’t suits you then it is ok, these alternatives u can consume in daily diet.

If u don’t like to eat leafy vegetable everyday then I can sun dry the leafs and make a fine powder of them. You can consume it directly with water or u can mix that 1 spoon of powder in any snack recipients and can preserve it e.g Khakara, baked muthery . Hope this is helpful for you.
