Should we drink kadha regularly when we normal. i drink kadha fr last 4 month should i stop? i usually use giloy adrak tulsi laung kalimirch.

Drinking kadha is good, but if you have acidity  or skin problems better give a gap

You don't have to put to many ingredients on regular basis. Simple ginger n turmeric tea or giloy n mulethi decoction or tulsi drops in water will also help you.

If you are taking for last 4 months and having no discomfort then there is no harm to continue. But still it would be better if you stop taking it for few days and then start again
