Alkaline phosphatase ALP value is 414

My Alkaline Phosphatase ALP value is 414 and ultrasound of abdomen is normal. I don't have any symptoms as of now, I just went to annual health screening . 1 month back I have left ankle mild sprain and left ankle still has stiffness and mild discomfort.

Alkaline phosphatase is more linked with the drainage system of the Liver which removes Bilirubin. It is not related to the enzyme activity of the Liver.
