After exercise I feel like vomiting

My weight is 65 .and to lose my weight I'm doing exercises like jumping , skipping but after doing skipping I feel like vomiting and very tired .

First you have to check your Height,So that you can know your ideal body weight as per your height.Accordingly you can ask for a Dietician to guide you which will help in keeping your weight check. Tiredness could be due to improper diet,dietary supplements.You might have to take some High Protein low fat diet,less oil in your diet. Avoid exerting too much.Can take some coconut water twice a week.

Never do excersice on full stomach or after eating something !!! Best time to do in the morning !!! After doing excersice u can have bananas and boiled eggs

Do not take pre workout drinks for more workout it will make you feel vomiting, do workout in morning and sleep atleast 8 hours. Don't do dieting for weight loss.

What is ur height? If ur BMI is normal then u need not to do any exercise.
