After covid effects: again fever why

2022-09-03 10:21:16
Me and my husband found fever 100 degrees, today. We tested covid positive on 11th august. We took azithromycin for 3 days, paracetamol, ,, and multi vitamin, protein powder, vitamin c for 1 week. After that We were feeling normal just little coughing, so we stop taking multi-vitamins and vitamin c, sometimes take protein powder. Although today, we took paracetamol. But now I am worrying, Is it matter of concern, and how can we increase immunity. What all steps we need to take care of and how long? Also, we cannot take eggs for 1 week because of festival. Please suggest..

It may be another (different) infection. Can be swine flu/dengue/malaria/viral infection depending on the symptoms. Kindly consult for proper diagnosis and prompt treatment.
