Afraid of ruining my skin

I am losing weight without exercise at all. I just don't have time for exercise , I try so hard to do some activities to burn calories but no exercising in general . I love dancing to music and sometimes I dance really hard but I don't think it's going to be effective . I am afraid of having saggy skin or loose skin and I am 16 . I weight. 89 kg and my height is 156 . Am I really going to have skin loose issues ?

Hello For healthy weight loss needs 80 % and 20 % excercise Follow diet under qualified dietician And skin will not loose if u r following balance diet and doing propee excercise 1st need to find out why you are obase at this age ? Do you have pcod or hypothyroidism? Need to check that

Oops its really matter of concern to loose at least 30kgs of weight, which requires 2-3 months of time. Do you take fruits, nuts & boiled veg? What's the frequency of taking fried items?
