I want to one advice for our teeth my teeth is so poor with toothache so pl advice how can i clean with self in home

Brush twice, rinse your mouth well after you eat anything. Get your teeth cleaned by a good dentist and use a mouth wash for sometime. If there are any decayed teeth get it filled at the earliest.

if you have painfull teeth ,the reason may be decays in your teeth which need filling or ROOT CANAL TREATMENT.there is no home remedy for this kind of teeth...if you have sensitivity in your teeth on taking cold or hot items then you can use a prophylaxis paste
