The pain is not at any specific point, but all over lower back and sides (waist) The pain persists since few months but increased and it has become very painful since yesterday. No effect after massaging the lower back, the pain has not lowered.

A common cause of low backache is improper posture and lack of exercise. Do you experience any other symptom along with it like burning urination ? Or any tingling in legs?

Perform exercises like pelvic tilt, leg raises and pavanmuktasana. Sleep with a pillow below your knees when you sleep. Avoid sleeping on your sides and abdomen. Use a lumbar support while sitting on a chair.
