Thickened and lax ACL & complete disruption of fibers in midsubstance (with secondary signs in form of PCL buckling and anterior translation of tibia) Moderate joint effusion with associated extensive marrow edema s/o contusion in upper end of tibia, fibula and lateral femoral condyles. Grade 3 hyperintense signal in posterior horn of medical meniscus.- s/o tear. Grade 2 sprain LCL.

Please explain the mode of injury? The duration of the injury? Current clinical problems? This just seems to be the MRI report which you have shared. It will be helpful to know the above things before we discuss the further treat options.

Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction with repair of posterior horn of medial meniscus. Thst would be the best treatment.
