Acidity problem

Dear doctor ,Too much acidity , feeling like something stuck in throat , i can feel something coming up from food pipe, Difficulty breathing ..! Stomach burns sometime , Acidty was there from many months , it got worst after i ate black eyed beans ,from 2 days i'm feeling this ,can any one give me home remedies pls ...Thank you

Eat less spicy food and don't lie down immediately after food intake ..wait for atleast 3 hours also try to avoid fast food and drink plenty of water
