Acidity or chest pain

I am having chest pain and having difficulty to burp since last night . As I was feeling full stomach I did not ate dinner  last night or had morning tea.I am drinking warm water which makes me feel better. Please help.

Hi ,plz avoid spice food, take 700ml of  water early morning with empty stomach,and daily dry fruits. And below mentioned tablet for 1 week, Cap.Rabikind -dsr (before food) morning and evening for 5 days,once at morning after 5 days.

U may be having gastritis. Take pantroprazole or rabeprazole twice a day along with antacid
