I m having gas issue from past 2 weeks..it feels like gas got stuck in my throat and unable to burb some times...m also having throat pain which occure sometimes ..chest is also paining when gas not passed

Take pand 40 (1-0-1)5days before food. Syr sucralfate (3ml-3ml-3ml) before Food 2 weeks. Syr ciplactin plus (3ml-3ml-3ml) before Food.2 weeks
