There's no harm as you have maintained a sufficient gap between these two.

Since it’s been 10 hours since your last dose, the immediate risk is reduced, but it’s important to monitor for any signs of liver or stomach distress, such as: • Severe abdominal pain • Nausea or vomiting • Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice) • Dark urine If any of these symptoms occur, or if you feel unwell, you should seek medical advice. Otherwise, it’s best to avoid mixing alcohol with medications like Acemiz S in the future.

It shouldn't be a problem at this point. But it's worth mentioning that combining these two may lead to gastric ulcer, and poor liver function. So Better to avoid alcohol consumption.

10 hours is a good enough gap. The alcohol leaves the stomach within 2 hours.

It’s good that you waited for 10 hours before consuming alcohol after taking Acemiz S, which contains paracetamol, serratiopeptidase, and aceclofenac. However, combining alcohol with these medications can increase the risk of side effects such as liver damage (due to paracetamol) and stomach irritation or ulcers (due to aceclofenac). Since you have already consumed alcohol, it's important to avoid taking further doses of the medication for now. Please monitor for any symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or abdominal discomfort, and avoid further alcohol consumption until your treatment is complete. It is advisable to consult a doctor in person for a thorough evaluation and to adjust your medication if necessary. For a more detailed evaluation and personalized advice, feel free to contact me. You can reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two.
