My father met with an accident and his ankle got twisted and vehicle fell down on his ankle. He has swelling in his ankle for more than 3 days. Please find attached x-ray of his Ankle. Please provide your valuable inputs.

I feel there is a foot fracture (5th metatarsal). Get a Foot AP xray done and share. Get him evaluated for ankle ligament sprain, as that is not visible on xrays.
