Wait for a week and repeat a pregnancy test. Chances of pregnancy is less if intercourse is on the day 3 of cycle
Next Steps
Repeat urine test in a week

Wait for 1 week for your periods. If still you don't have then get a pregnancy test done

Please wait for another week and get your beta HCG level done. You are overdue by only 2 days. Your urine pregnancy test is negative. So time is on your side. You should take the next step after adequate investigations. Don't hurry up. You had sex on the 3rd day of the last period which was a safe zone.
