Hi I understand your concern. Would like to tell you the facts of soyabeans, it contains a plant hormone called phytoestrogens which to some extent has mimicking properties of human female hormone estrogen. But studies reveal that it has no harmful effects on men, if consumed. For consumption, Nowadays there are genetically modified soyabeans available, hence recommended to limit the consumption in beans form, chunks form. Soyamilk n tofu can be safely taken.
