About knee problem

Dear sir/maam In last 3 months i played badminton with great  intensity on cemented court but i feel discomfort on my knees and 25 days earlier my knees creating a lot pain while banding them than i do a xray which shows everything is fine than bending is started but i feel discomfort or pain on my knee than doctor suggested me to do MRI. I did MRI and report is attached. He recommend me medicine and avoid any type of physical activity or game except cycling and swiming. Please suggest what can i do now to heel my knee and ll play bcz i am a sports loving person and do sports for 30 to 40 mints in a day on regular basis. Plesse suggest thank you.
