You should do chest xray , sputum AFB to rule tuberculosis first since india is an endemic for tuberculosis. If tuberculosis is ruled out check cbc with absolute eosinophil count for allergic rhinitis.for ruling out asthma you can do pulmonary function test .

Okay, it would give better clarity, if you would mention if the cough had blood stains or not , or is it just dry cough, or a productive cough!! If blood staained: immediately consult to rule out TB and other causes If productive and mucoid: take Cough syp, having combination of salbutamol, bromhexine, ambroxol If dry cough, then take: benadryl Majorly the case is of Allergic rhinitis So for sneezing and runny nose Take Montec LC tablets before sleep daily for 5 days

Get her checked at a tb centre and to check for astma she will need to go through spirometry. So visit a pulmonologist

It is probably allergic rhinitis.If yes, then not contagious. But any cough occurring more than 2 weeks should be tested for TB. Visit your local physician.
