About Cerclage

This is my 3rd pregnancy & I'd put prophylactic cerclage in at 14 wks as a preventative bcz of a history of IC. At 12 wks scan cervix was 45 mm long nd closed. Now i am 17 wks and on modified bedrest. Am i still high-risk for premature water break or preterm labor after 3wks of cerclage procedure?? Or i can do routine work like cooking and cleaning?

You will always be at risk for premature rupture of membrane and for premature labour. So it is better to take all precautions as advised to you. I don't know what all restrictions have been imposed on you by "modified" bed rest. They can be modified to a certain extent.
