Iam 8 months pregnant, had cerclage at 21 weeks. Kindly check out my usg iam worried about early iugr detection. Will I have preterm birth? Will my baby have to stay in the NICU and for how many days? Are the parameters beyond normal? Will my baby have health complications as it is written on the internet? Please suggest I am worried a lot.

You need frequent growth monitoring and usg doppler as there is risk of premature delivery ..doctor will guide you about best time to deliver the baby...also be prepared for nicu admission
Also improve your diet including protein rich sources...

U need more regular check up
Frequent growth scan/ Doppler
Take more protein food/ nuts/ vegetables/ take more liquids
Carefully monitor your baby movements
Lie in left lateral position
Hi the scan report shows iugr you will be needing regular growth scan along with Doppler study for baby ,have good protein supplements and protein rich food it may help
The scan indicates that baby has fetal growth restriction. In this case we need to weigh the risk of premature delivery with risk of fetal demise by continuing pregnancy. Your doctor will advise more frequent scans to detect any doppler changes that will guide about the best time to deliver
The weight of the baby falls towards 5 th centile do the baby is growth retarded
You can monitor the growth and Doppler of the baby every 15days
In case there is derranged Doppler then accordingly decision for termination can be taken
