Can kidney Stone patient take Ashwagandha and Shatavari? Any side effects of these two? (I want to take it for weight gain purpose)

Better take Gokshur churna with sugar cane juice Or coconut water, it will be helpful to gain weight and removing kidney stones, but take proper treatment from Vaidya. Don't do self medication.

First you correct kidney stone, then go for weight gain. Drink plenty of water & take diuretic like Ayurveda medicine  first.
