Planning for abortion in 17 th week need suggestion what best can be done. I met with and accident and was given with antibodies in my first second weeks of pregnancy.will that effect baby's growth and both mentally and physically.

No all the antibiotics are not dangerous to the baby so you must tell the names of the antibiotics which will given to you in the first trimester. Some antibiotics are safe in pregnancy so mostly those antibiotics must be given by the doctor to you.
Next Steps
if you are 17 weeks you can go for ultrasound scan level 2 to see any abnormality in the baby.
