Abdominal pain and cramps

Whenever I eat sprouts that contain moong and gram , i get abdominal pain and gas. How to eat sprouts correctly and when is the right time to eat it?

Cookedor boiled sprouts are good and add veggies/salads-tomato carrots onions etc saut with less oils than eat it.

If having stomach pain after eating raw sprouts , boiled it with little salt or saute before eating .garnish with onion ,cucumber ,lemon juice. Drink lot of water for good digestion prefer to take it before 5 to 6pm.

Wash the dals thoroughly and cook them properly. Avoid having it at night. Try to consume the pulses and dals in breakfast or lunch.

Hello, Soak them for 8-10 hours, wash thoroughly and then cook before consuming. Try to consume in breakfast and lunch time, avoid during dinner time
