A few bruises ..should he take tetanus
63 diabetic male fell on escalatorand has cuts on leg and arms , a little bleeding and stopped immediately .. should he take tt injection .. he had last taken tt 1 within a year .

But since he is diabetic the wound should be cared for properly.
Apply Betadine ointment twice daily or Mupirocin ointment to prevent secondary infection.
