7 weeks old not drinking enough milk
My 7 weeks old only takes 5-7 minutes of breastfeeding even if flow is coming good. After 5-7 minutes she falls asleep and it is very difficult for me to wake her up, even if she wakes up she rejects the breast. I have given bottle to her as well, she drinks from it for sometime and rejects it too. I am concerned about her weight, she was 2.4kg when born and she is 3.3 kg at 6 weeks, previously I used to give her milk every two hours, now I try to give every 3 hours but she hardly drinks much. Please advise

She is gaining weight adequately as per age.
To wake her up , you can flick her sole strongly with hands multiple times. This can awaken them and then breast feed them..ideally breast feed for 20-30 min max .
You can try to give feeds through wati spoon ..express the breast milk in a clean wati ..and then feed her through a small spoon.
At this age you can feed every 3 hrs and no need to feed aggressively 2 hrs. Post feed if she is sleeping and passing urine and stools in entire day and if there is weight gain there is no cause to worry.
( check during the time of vaccination , no need to check daily weight, preferable at same machine)

Every baby takes milk differently, ranging between 5 mins-20 mins. Your baby's weight gain is good. Continue giving her breast feed. Feed on demand, watch your baby rather than the clock. As long as she's gaining weight well, passing urine 5-6 times a day and passing stools regularly, there's nothing to worry.

It's normal for a newborn baby to sleep while breastfeeding...As the baby is gaining weight..900 gram weight.. need not worry ...

I hope otherwise she is fine! I mean, no other complaints like fever, feed regurgitation, lethargy or any rashes?
Sometimes, variation in feeding practices is physiological if she is active and passing urine adequately.
Weight gain is little slower but it's fine
