I am 6weeks 2 days pregnant and BHCG is 3767 still no gestational sac visible as per yesterday scan but there no sac but a small dot in uterus

Pelvic  USG TVS should be done to rule out ectopic pregnancy.If ectopic pregnancy is ruled out then progesterone support should be given and repeat USG after two weeks.

At bhcg More than 1000; Transvaginal scan should be able to localise a pregnancy Repeat bhcg in 48 hours to look for doubling It could be a case of an ectopic pregnancy
