  4. 6 weeks pregnancy. It be a miscarriage?

I am having light spotting since last 8-9 days. It is my 6th week and in ultrasound sound fetal cardiac activity was showing 92 bpm. My blood reports are normal Is the spotting normal or could it be a miscarriage?

The cardiac activities not normal Normal heartbeat is between 110 to 150 You need rest and progesterone support and repeat an ultrasound after a week
