  4. 6 week pregnant. It a cause of concern?

Hi My friend is in her 6th week pregnancy calculated based on her last period. Today she got her first USG done and the doctor told that heart beat has not yet come. He asked her to do an other scan done after two weeks. Last year for no reason the baby got aborted when she was around 4weeks pregnant. She's scared where again this pregnancy will lead to abortion. Is it a cause of concern? Please advise if this scenario is normal and what step to be taken next

Start taking Susten 200 mg tablet one tablet daily at bed time Take proper rest Repeat scan What was the reason of abortion last time Her BP Her thyroid ??
