4th stage lung cancer

My mother underwent 3 chemos for lung cancer. Yesterday had a CT Scan. Attaching the report of the recent one and the previous one. Her health is not supporting for chemo. Is there any alternative for the same? Plz advice.

Diagnosis is ca tongue with lung metastasis.  It is not lung cancer stage 4 as you mentioned. Give more details for better opinion.

The report says Carcinoma of tongue. You may have messed up the report or the history..

Report says it to be tongue cancer with lung metastasis.. Need to discuss personally .. Have you done FNAC from node or lung lesion.. SBRT coukd be tried
