During my first pregnancy vaginal report was normal but my baby was affected by sepsis after 5 days of antibiotics my baby was discharged Whether same will happen again. Your vaginal swab report is normal. There are many causes for a baby to develop sepsis 5 days after birth. A vaginal infection will be a rare cause. Prolonged PROM is a more common cause. Your first delivery was normal or a Caesarean ?
