Building Immunity starts from mouth, first a proper balance diet is needed along with daily yoga & building some good habits like washing hand before eating as with dirty hands there is chances of repeated worm infestation,
Yes you can start with the chwanprash but for the dose please consult with an Ayurveda doctor
But along with Chwanprash, you must go for the Swarnaprashan which is given in some specific days (Pushya nakshatra) & must visit an ayurveda doctor for this it acts as an immunity booster along with increases the intelligence power of the child (can be given 1-16yrs)

Rasayana compositions must be used with notable precautions in paediatric cases especially in a child of 2 1/2 years .Preferred Rasayana yogas in children include Mandukaparni, Yastimadhu,Guduchi,Shankapushpi,Vacha,Swarnabhasma .

First you need to focus on her diet and her diet should include all types of food like foods that are rich in vitamins, iron, zinc. Also along with diet she should play outdoor games and activities as well.
Also you can give chyavanpraash but i would suggest with chyavanpraash you can start SUVARNAPRASHAN to her on pushya nakshatra of month, it is helpful for children upto age of 16yrs.

Swarnprash is a medication that resembles syrup and is taken in drops according on age.

If you really want to improve your child's immune system, keep them away from processed foods, sugar and packaged food items. Encourage the child to play outdoor games and reduce screen time to a minimum. No medications are necessary in this age. The problem with people nowadays is that they eat all the wrong foods and they expect herbal formulations to improve their immune system. When it doesn't work they blame the formulation. The key is to keep a healthy lifestyle and diet.

This is nice to have curiosity about ayurvedic recipe for this age group. In ayurveda we says " aahar mahabheshaj "a means food is big medicine. You have to give her all super foods like amla, resins, takra etc. Yes you can give her chavanprasha it's good for immunity, respiratory helth, and also neurological helth ; but we have to identify first her prakruti then we can start or shift to other equivalent recipe .

better to avoid any herbal/ medicinal preparations until she is 3. At this stage watch her diet closely. Make sure to deworm her once in 6 months which will improve appetite naturally and gut health in general and thereby immunity. Well cooked warm foods are the best to give her. Make sure to avoid habituating her to inflammatory foods like maida and sugary foods (cookies, cakes, white bread etc ) at this age. In general , 50 ml Orange juice +honey OR one teaspoon amla juice+ 2 drops of ginger juice ginger +honey can be given . If she is a picky eater or has any other health issues, its always better to check with a doctor for a customised plan

For immunity boosting you should start with suvarnaprashan drops daily on empty stomach. The ingredients should be bought separately and mixed on daily and given for better results. You can consult personally for proper discussion and guidance with treatment

For improving the immunity and over all growth of kid you can give chyavanprash.
Before that you has to understand, what is the exact body condition of the kid,
recurrent fever or any discomfort kid is showing frequently, and you will feel that this is because of low immunity.
Before giving the chyavanprash , arrest the exact causative factor of the problem.
First diagnos, analyse the issue, correct the problem with some other medicine,
Then give rejuvenation.
If your kid have recurrent fever, cold, cough etc. Along with you will give chyavanprash it doesn't give a good result, it's may increase the cough.

Hi there, Yes you can give Chavanprash also, But for Best Immunity for every child daily dose of ' Swarnprashan' is needed. You can start it it on best Muhurta (Pushya Nakshatra).
