Hello Doctors, It's been 5 years am suffering from depression and anxiety, after my 1st pregnancy I developed ocd condition also. From last two years I was in sertraline 100 mg 1-0-1 until my 2nd pregnancy get confirmed. Now I am taking 100 mg only in the night. I am in London and Doctors here said it is safe, asked me to take twice a day as before. But I am very hesitant to take that two times per day. Now I am in 20 weeks , but really can't tolerate this ocd thoughts about my 1st child. Can I take sertraline twice a day? Will it harmy my growing baby? Yesterday I had anomaly scan and everything is normal. Hoping for the best advice. Thank you in advance.
