Hello With Flouride is better Use a smear (rice grain-sized) amount of fluoride toothpaste-helps prevent cavities. Typically around 1000 ppm (parts per million) is recommended for young children.
Next Steps
Brush twice daily (especially before bed). Use a soft-bristled toddler toothbrush. Let them hold the brush (supervised), but you do the actual brushing. Encourage spitting, but don’t worry if they swallow a bit of paste—just keep the amount very small.
Health Tips
avoid bottle feeding, candies and sugary foods especially before bedtime

You can use baby toothpaste - perfora/Chickoo company toothpaste. Or you can use any toothpaste without fluoride.

✅ A: Use fluoride toothpaste — but in the correct amount. At 2 years of age, fluoride is recommended because it: • Prevents cavities • Strengthens tooth enamel • Is safe in small amounts, even if accidentally swallowed ⸻
Next Steps
✅ Final Advice: Use a fluoride toothpaste in a rice-sized amount even if he can’t spit yet — it is safe, more protective, and recommended by dental associations worldwide. Start brushing twice daily, especially after the last feed at night.
