Fetal echocardiography is needed to rule out if there are no anomalies in the heart. It has no relation to this scan. The condition found in the scan is not very serious but it's better to inform the paediatrician around the time of delivery.

I would have recommended no further investigations in this regard a) You can do nothing about it. b) None of these problems is an indication for MTP. Get your further ANC follow up from your Gynaecologist and sonography for Doppler studies at 30 weeks.

Echo is done to rule out abnormalities in the fetal heart. Consult a fetal medicine specialist for hydronephrosis and report of fetal echo

Nuchal fold thickness is normal for 19 weeks scan. To rule out any other problems in fetal heart, fetal echo is also advised. So, it's better to do.

Hydronephrosis is due to the ectopic kidney and it's mildly dilated. Echo is not done mandatorily.Just in case there is some risk factor in mother or fetus then it's considered
