How do I know my 1 year old son have autism or any disorder? He does not respond to his name. I am bit concern about it. How can I diagnose this type of disorder. Any advice from your side.

The first signs of autism and other developmental disorder is poor eye contact, poor social smile , regression of milestones , language and speech delay, head banging, temper tantrums , hyperactivity, no interest in toys , repitition if words in a sentence.
