Hi, I am 32 years 15 th week pregnant. We are shifting to hometown so had little exertion while packing . I get 1-2 drops of bleeding and cramp in my legs. I need to travel in train today for 26 hours. Is there anything risky? Should I take progestin injection? kindly suggest. Attaching my prescription.
