I'm suffering from sleep disc prob. L4 s5 & l5 s1 compression. I have also oprated through dr's . Afther operation it is still pain in left site leg i have done mri still dr's tells compression plz sugest me what i have do. If posible plz sugest me spine spec. Dr. Refrence for check up.

you go to a good physio therapy it may be due to post surgery stifness may their  do same physical exercise it may help u
