Amniotic fluid -20 weeks
My fluid levels were adequate in every check up except last one . My gynaecologist told me fluid is slightly reduced (I was 19.3 weeks pregnant).but nothing to worry and asked me to drink 3lit of water and 1 arg 9 sachet everyday. But I am wondering is there really possibility to increase amniotic fluid at 20 weeks and have healthy pregnancy. My anomaly scan is on Tomorrow. Hoping my lil one is doing great . I conceived after ectopic pregnancy. This baby is so special to me . Now I can't help myself than worrying . I am trying to increase my fluid intake by drinking water . However I am able to feel movements

Amniotic fluid is reflection of maternal, placental and feral pathologies By 20 weeks if it starts showing reduction , then most probably resistance to placental circulation due to upcoming pregnancy induced hypertension is pathology Starting arginine can prevent this So u r on right track Also continue checking bp

I n addition take Tablet Astymin forte twice a day for a month Take Cap Evion 400 mg once a day for a month
Next Steps
Sleep in left lateral position for 2 hours at afternoon and 6-8 hours at bedtime to improve blood flow to baby Take a boiled egg daily

Continue iron and calcium supplements Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month Listen to devotional music and wear bangles to promote hearing in baby
