My wife have NT value of 3.1mm and double marker test report shows High risk Down Syndrome. Now 13th week is running and next Amniocentesis test is within a week to give sample but my wife bleeding blood in less quantity sometimes and using tables to stop bleeding as advised by doctor.
Is it ok to give a sample for amniocentesis when there is an issue in blood bleeding?
Will the result show accurately?
Shall we go for NIPT instead of amniocentesis?
Please advise
