Amlong and Carni Q
I am 38yrs old man who recently developed blood pressure say about 3 months now and have been on Amlong 5mg (post consultation) since then I generally take this tab after lunch & my BP is now stabilized. I also suffer from cervical spondylosis but I am not on any medication I just excercise and maintain my posture. My height is 5.8 and I weigh 90kgs I have been unable to loose weight though i eat clean and walk an hour a day. Can I take "Carni Q" will it work or would it have any sides since I am on Amlong. If I can take  then when is the best time to take Carni Q since I walk 30min in the morning and 30 in the evening and take Amlong in between.
