Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help in this forum. While Your query is related to medicine and  which is answered already., I would like to add few more points. All your symptoms are interlinked, like obesity is  interlinked with  PCOD and may be its a side effect of medication for long time. I don't know, how long you are into treatment, but looking at your weight, I would appreciate if you could explore alternate therapy like ayurveda for such problems as it has cure and   treatments without side effects, but it takes some time and need patience. You may also need to follow some dietary, daily routines, massage etc. As I am also an ayurveda wellness counselor, I can advise on the possibe options. Feel free to reach out to me online for further evaluation.
