Amisulpride is good for schizophrenia and bi polar for me but it cause ed what can i do and also I am in acute depression

Yes this medication can cause sexual dysfunction in few people. There are alternative medications which usually don't cause such side effects. But before change of the medicine, we should confirm the other causes of ED as well, as it can be due to other causes. Regarding depression also there is need for detailed assessment and starting of medicine if needed.
