I hv completed my 35 week of pregnancy on 31 july 2019. In yesterdays ultrasound doctor found aminotic fluid 21 cm. Pls advice is it too high?? Ir risky for my pregnancy?? M very tensed what to do?? Can we decrease it??

Yes Its high..
Reasons for polyhydramnios are usually raised maternal blood sugars , high gravida status , rarely problems with baby like TOF..
Problems with high AFI are that you cn go into preterm labour and more chances of cesarean section due to unstable lie of fetus..
You cnt do anything to decrease it
