Amh is the anti mullerian harmone responsible and released by the ovary during ovulation.1ng/ml  is normal for ur age. The concentration or the qty.is proportionate to the number of eggs released. So is important for confirming the fertility status . Higher concentration may reveal the pathology of pcos also. Vit D,nutrient rich foods, planned diet are necessary to improve amh levels.

1 ng/ml or sometimes even 0.7-0.9 is also normal but at lower range. To boost amh you need to consume foods rich in vitamin D like fish, liver of goat , egg yolk and vegetarian options like mushroom. Some fortified foods also have vit d you can consume that also. all these are not proven to improve amh levels. it's just trying. usually amh levels are according to age
Next Steps
also exposure to early morning sunlight helps to boost or activate vit d
