My grandmother (Age: 75 yrs) has been diagnosed with AMD in both eyes and she has been receiving injections in both eyes, monthly basis. What are the approximate cost of the treatment and are there some options available within Ayurveda or allopathy regime, please?

Probably she is receiving anti VEGF injection on monthly basis. It could be Ranibizumab or bevacizumab. Approximate cost of injection depends on type on injection and hospital. I can suggest only allopathy regimen.
