Hello, Since there has been no penetration and you have taken iPill as well so you are unlikely to be pregnant. iPill is a high dosage pill which creates a hormonal imbalance in your body, which might be the cause behin abdominal pain and blood stains. Observe your next periods. If they are normal, there is nothing to worry about. If it is not normal, consult a gynaecologist for furhter evaluation and management. You can also visit my clinic International Fertility Centre located in New Delhi for further evaluation. My clinic offers varied gynecological treatments and services and ensures that you have a successful treatment. You can share your contact details to reach you.
