Hi good afternoon
Thnxs for your question
If you missed ur regular period than do urinary pregnancy test with morning sample and inform me result so that I can advise u in better way.
For pregnancy sperms have to ejelated inside vagina and sperm have to fertilized egg and that fertilized egg have to implement in uterus.
In ur case no ejeculation inside vagina and ejeculation on panty so less likely to be pregnant.
But still do urinary pregnancy test with morning sample and inform me result.

Ejaculate getting in contact with your panty, you have a chance of conceiving. Since you are overdue by one day you should most certainly get the beta HCG level done and confirm that you are not pregnant.
Sperms do not cross a cloth barrier
you have a myth that hypo thyroid patients will have a difficulty in getting pregnant
a delay of up to 7 days is considered normal wait for 6 days
